Trust & Validation

Built since 2001.
Backed by the people
who build governments’ networks.

Intrusion delivers prevention-first cybersecurity. The Shield platform blocks malicious network traffic before it reaches the endpoint, using the Global Threat Engine and 8.5 billion IP and DNS combinations refined since 2001.

Technical Validation

Proof, not marketing.

Data scale & longevity

8.5 billion IP/DNS combos. Built since 2001. Continuously updated. The threat intelligence corpus that powers Shield wasn’t bolted on, it was the foundation.

Throughput & performance

Shield Stratus: 1 Gbps+ in cloud environments. Shield OnPremise: up to 10 Gbps. Shield Sentinel: 100 Gbps passive monitoring. Sized to match customer scale.

False positive posture

Reputation-based, pre-emptive blocking with simple permit workflows. Disruption is rare and recoverable. Optimized for low noise and high precision.

Security & Reliability Posture

How we operate
behind the scenes.

Vulnerability Response

Coordinated disclosure

Vulnerabilities reported through standard coordinated disclosure channels. Engineering team reviews, validates, and addresses on a defined response timeline.

Patch Cadence

Regular release cycle

Platform updates and threat intelligence updates push automatically across deployed Shield instances. Customers and partners notified of significant releases.

Support Model

Defined escalation

Partners own first-line support. INTRUSION engineering owns L2/L3 escalation for platform, intelligence, and edge cases. Documented escalation paths with SLA.

Compliance Alignment

What we are
and aren’t.

Cybersecurity vendors love checkbox claims. We’re honest about ours. Shield does not process GDPR or HIPAA-regulated data as part of its operation, so those frameworks don’t apply to it. Shield does not currently hold FedRAMP, GSA Schedule, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 certifications. What we offer instead: evidence-backed protection your auditors can verify.

Need a specific certification?

If your buyer needs a specific certification, ask us directly. We’d rather answer the question honestly than overpromise on a roadmap.

Customer Proof

What customers say.

We’re building approved customer narratives across MSSP, OT, and federal verticals. Approved customer stories are coming online soon. In the meantime, we’ll connect you with reference customers directly.
